  • How do I make an appointment?
    1. The quickest and easiest way to make a booking is via our online booking system. Please follow this link - https://widget.treatwell.co.uk/place/touch-of-paradise/ This will redirect you to our online booking system where you can select the treatment/s you would like to book. Pick a date and time when a therapist is free, and go ahead to confirm your booking. Once you have made a booking, you should receive a booking confirmation via email, confirming all the details of your booking. Our gift card can not be redeemed online. (To redeem a gift card, please send a booking request form or contact us directly to make your appointment.) 2. You can send us a booking request, using our 'CONTACT' page. On this page you will find a booking request form, please complete all the relevant details and send your booking request to us. We will respond to organise and confirm your booking. Once we have confirmed your booking, you should receive a booking confirmation via email, confirming all the details of your booking. 3. You can call, text or email us.   • What are your opening hours?
    Monday: 11am - 7pm Tuesday: 10am - 6pm Wednesday: 11am - 7pm Thursday: 10am - 6pm Friday: 11am - 7pm Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed Please note opening times may vary on bank holidays. We have a receptionist available 9:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Do you offer a NHS discount?
    Yes we offer a 15% discount off all our massages and facials treatments for NHS Staff members. Please get in touch to redeem this discount.
  • What happens if I am running late to my appointment?
    If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. OUR LATENESS POLICY We want all our clients to enjoy their full treatment time and have the best experience possible. To ensure we can provide you with the full treatment experience, we would always advise arriving a few minutes early to your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, please contact us to make us aware. If you arrive to your appointment after the start time, your treatment will be adapted for the remaining time, however you will be charged the full amount of the treatment. Please note if you arrive more than 15mins late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete your treatment and you will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    OUR CANCELLATION POLICY Every appointment is important to us, and we want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. ​ We understand that sometimes circumstances arise, and you may need to make adjustments to your plans. At Touch of Paradise, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We are unable to reschedule or cancel any bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice of your appointment. ​ Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you, as well as a 15mins gap before and after your appointment to provide the best experience in a sanitised and clean environment. Appointments made mean that we’ve reserved allocated time and a therapist, specifically for you. ​ Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of your booking. Any no-shows will also be charged 100% of their service amount. ​ If you are on a course and you fail to attend your booking or give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel, the full amount of the treatment will be charged, and you will lose one of your course treatments. ​ If you have a gift card and you fail to attend your booking or give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel, the full amount of the treatment will be charged, and your gift card will become void. ​ If you have not yet paid for your treatment and you do not attend or give us 24 hours’ notice, a payment link of the full treatment price will require to be paid, before any future bookings will be accepted.
  • When should I arrive for my appointment?
    Please do not arrive more than 5 minute before your appointment start time. This may disturb the end of another clients treatment. (If you are early, please contact us - if we are ready for you, we can confirm and let you through early). If it is your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early, to complete a quick consultation form. If you are early, please feel free to take a seat on the little grey chair by the door.
  • How old do I need to be to have a treatment?
    You have to be 18 or older to have a treatment at Touch of Paradise with no Parental Consent. - Anyone under the age of 18 has to have Parental Consent from a Parent or Legal Guardian. - Anyone under the age of 16 has to be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian at all times whilst at the salon.
  • What is the business address?
    22 Station Avenue, West Ewell, Epsom, Surrey KT19 9UH.
  • Do you have parking available?
    Yes there is free parking available on-site, please feel free to park on our driveway. There is also free parking on the street just outside and in neighbouring roads.
  • Do you have a loyalty scheme?
    Yes, we do have a loyalty scheme at Touch of Paradise. Once you have visited Touch of Paradise 10 times, you we be sent a Loyalty Card Voucher. This gives you 30% off to use against any full priced treatment on your 11th visit. We keep track of this on our booking system. If you would like to know how many visit you have left to get your voucher, please send us an email. - touchofparadise.ewell@gmail.com
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes, at Touch of Paradise you can buy a friend, a family member or someone special a gift card for the perfect present. This can contain a monetary value, a treatment or one of our pamper packages. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We have 6 gift card designs you can choose from depending on the occasion. Our gift cards can be made as an electronic voucher or a paper voucher.   • How do I redeem my Gift card?
    To redeem a gift card, please contact us directly to make your appointment. You can do this by completing our booking request form on our 'CONTACT'. https://www.touchofparadise.co.uk/contact You can also email, call or text us to redeem your gift card. Please include your gift card reference when sending a booking request. - touchofparadise.ewell@gmail.com Our gift cards can not be redeemed using our online booking system.
  • What is your gift card policy?
    OUR GIFT CARD POLICY At Touch of Paradise, you can purchase gift card vouchers/pdf e-vouchers for any of our services, to give as a gift to someone. This can contain a monetary value, treatment/s or a package. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after this date it becomes void. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the gift card will become void. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant?
    Yes you can still enjoy treatments at Touch of Paradise during your pregnancy. Please always inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant and how many weeks pregnant you will be at the time of your appointment. We have a pregnancy massage which is safe to you and your baby. You can enjoy this treatment after your first trimester up until the day you give birth. During this massage you will be positioned safety to avoid any pressure directly on your bump. The oil we use for this massage has no fragrances, or essential oils to make it pregnancy safe for you. You can also enjoy facials, facing waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting during your pregnancy. During our facials we will use products that are safe for pregnancy and position you comfortably. This will limit the use of our more abrasive and active products.
  • Why do I need a patch test?
    A patch test is required 48 hours before tinting treatments, Eyelash Lifts and Eyebrow lamination treatments. This is to ensure no allergic reaction will occur during the treatment. Due to the Eyes being a very sensitive areas and your vision being so important we take this very serious. We generally don't change our product brands so you will only be required to do one patch test per treatment. You will not have to repeat this procedure for future bookings.

  • What clothing do I have to remove for a massage treatment?
    Your privacy and modesty is respected at all times. We would ask if you remove outer clothing and leave lower underwear on for full body massage. If you are having a back massage, you will only need to remove the top half of your clothing. Towels are placed on the beauty couch for you to cover yourself before the therapist comes back into the room. Only the area we massage is ever exposed.
  • I have had Botox/Fillers - Can I have a facial treatment?
    Yes, we can still off your our facials after you have had Botox/Fillers. However we would recommend waiting for 2 weeks before having any facial treatments. This is because the product are still settling and we do not want to disrupt or potential move the product.

When our online booking system has loaded, you can select the treatment/s you would like to book. You can then pick the date and time when a therapist is free, and complete your appointment. Once you have made your appointment online, you will receive a booking confirmation email shortly after, confirming all the details of your booking.
